[Poetry] Kinetic Form by Emma Wells

Passionate pulses trill

along

communication wires.

Suppressed. Muted.

Halcyon form shifts and

rotates -

a celestial enticement of

hope.

Itʼs jagged edges pierce

vulnerable and exposed

flesh.

Red merges with sheer

dalliance.

A concoction of frigid

ferocity.

Wandering solitude offers

temporal release: natural

impulses spin and

prosper in unbounded

coves.

Waves spill and disperse

unspent

energy against cloistered

treasures.

Invaluable enigmas.

Ruby rage filters laterally

across

flint walls: impenetrability

teases its porous

counterpart.

Illusionary alienation cloys

to brittle stone.

Juxtaposed.

Sheer personified spirit

prospers and

towers its contented

inhabitants.

Oblivion offers

redemptive forgiving.

Conscious clarity peaks

and echoes

across restricted

alleyways.

Unfettered dancer of

destructive oblivion.

Boisterous and

uninhibited.

A charged and kinetic

rebellion.
